Fridge Van Conversions

Vehicles can be insulated to chill or freezer specification and include features such as slab doors, split compartments, dual temperature operation, temperature recorders, and more, all to your specification. 

All of our fridge van conversions are built to the highest standard to ensure a long and durable working life. We convert to both chilled and frozen specifications and can include a moveable bulkhead to provide flexibility in carrying mixed loads. All bulkheads supplied are also installed with assisted fan kits to ensure fixed temperatures in the second compartment. 

Chilled specification insulation is 75mm and frozen is 90mm + (depending on the cavity space available).  This ensures temperatures of 0°C for chilled to -18°C for frozen are achieved at all times. All door seals are also upgraded to assist in maintaining temperatures. 

All fridge van conversions include in-cab fridge and freezer controls for convenience, linings are strong, seam-free, and easy to keep clean with a choice of floor finishes available and numerous other conversion options are also available upon request, such as aluminium shelving.
